Cookie policy

The cookies this site sets, what they are for, how long they last, and how you change your choice.

Last updated: 16 October 2026.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They can be "strictly necessary" (needed to deliver the site securely) or optional (used for analytics, personalisation, or advertising). Under EU rules, optional cookies may only be set with your consent.

Your choice

On your first visit, a cookie banner asks for your choice. Accept all, Reject all and Choose cookies are on the first screen, and rejecting is one click, the same as accepting. Until you choose, only strictly necessary cookies are used. Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode with all storage denied, so it sets no cookies and stores no identifier.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or with the button below. When you withdraw consent for statistics, the analytics cookies on this site are deleted and no further data is sent.

We ask again when the list below changes, and at the latest after 12 months.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are needed to deliver the site securely and to hold your cookie choice. They do not need consent and they are always on.

Statistics cookies

These cookies are set only if you allow statistics. We use them to count visits and to see which pages people read.

Google Analytics is loaded through Google Tag Manager. Google may process this data outside the EEA; the privacy policy describes the safeguards.

Marketing cookies

These cookies are set only if you allow marketing. We use them to see which of our ads bring visitors and to show relevant ads. Allowing marketing also lets Google use your visit for advertising (Google Consent Mode: ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation).

Customer ID

This applies only if you came from our customer portal or a personal link from us. We then know you are our customer, and we use your pseudonymous customer ID: a random code that contains no name or email address. If you allow statistics or marketing, the ID is stored in the ack_uid cookie and Google Analytics uses it to link your visits and sessions together, also across devices.

If you have already made your choices in our customer portal, the banner uses them and does not ask again. Banner choices you make on such a visit are saved to your customer record in our CRM, so we can respect them on your other devices. Allowing statistics allows all analytics uses in your record, and allowing marketing allows all digital marketing uses except email. For more detailed choices, sign in to the customer portal or contact us.

From the contact form. When you send our contact form, the strictly necessary ack_form_key cookie stores a random key (listed above). If you allow statistics or marketing, and we have accepted your contact, the site exchanges the key once for your customer ID, stores the ID in ack_uid as described above, and deletes the key. Without that consent, the key is never exchanged and never used for analytics.

Preferences and other cookies

This site sets no preference cookies.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site works, and the cookie banner will ask again if your choice is deleted.

Cookies in our services

This policy covers this marketing website. Client-facing tools and portals we operate may use their own session and authentication cookies, which are described where those tools are provided.
