How we work
# The things agencies never promise.
These are exactly the things businesses resent about traditional agencies. So we do the opposite, and we put it in writing.

## Our promises

###  No vendor lock-in
Your accounts, tracking tags, dashboards and data live in your own accounts and stay yours. We earn the next month by being worth it, not by holding your setup hostage.

###  No media markup
When you spend on ads, that budget goes to the ad platform, not quietly padded on the way through. You pay us for the work we do, and nothing on top of your media.

###  Fair contracts
No lock-in tricks, no auto-renewing traps. We would rather keep you because the work is good than because the paperwork makes leaving painful.

###  Data-driven to the core
We say what the data actually shows, even when it is unwelcome. No vanity metrics, no fluff. If something is not working, you will hear it from us first.

## Always a dedicated specialist

A self-driving car drives better than you 95% of the time. The 5% it gets wrong is the crash, so you keep a human at the wheel. Same here: AI does the 95% brilliantly and fast, and a dedicated specialist owns the 5% where judgement, context and consequences decide the outcome. A real person owns your account and signs off on everything that goes out.

AI is not how we take shortcuts, and it does not stand in for expertise we do not have. It is a force amplifier: the specialist still makes every call, and the machines make those calls arrive faster and cost you less. Take the AI away and the work would still be right, it would just take longer and cost more.

## Clean enough you cannot tell, and we tell you anyway

Our AI-assisted output is clean enough that you would not know a machine touched it. We tell you anyway. Content is human-made and AI accelerated, labelled honestly, never generated and passed off as artisanal. That is the whole point of the specialist-plus-AI model: you get speed and quality together.

## What you get is not AI slop

The worry is fair, so here is the plain answer. Every asset we hand over is made by a person and accelerated by AI, not prompted into existence and forwarded to you. That distinction has legal teeth: work with real human authorship behind it is copyrightable and yours to own, while raw machine output largely is not. And we never present AI output as something it is not. That is the practical advantage of a specialist plus a model over a model on its own.
