We are small, deliberately. When we hire, we look for specialists who would rather build than talk about building, and who treat AI as a force amplifier, not a replacement for judgement.

## Who fits here

You are the kind of person who has already prototyped the thing while the meeting is still deciding whether it is possible.

###  You use AI well
You treat AI as leverage on real expertise, not a shortcut around it. You care about the craft and can tell good output from slop.

###  You are straight with people
Direct, honest, data-driven. You would rather deliver an unwelcome truth than a comfortable vanity metric.

## How we operate

We are an EU company, registered in Finland, remote-friendly, and privacy-first in how we run ourselves. Argnode is **LGBTQ-owned and inclusive by default**. That is not a campaign, it is simply how the company is run, and it shapes who we hire and work with.
